For the second consecutive year, our annual Thanksgiving distribution is made possible by the generosity from the Calder & Caleb Awesome Foundation. As in the previous year, the Sloan family wanted to ensure that every student and family in our OYC and Honey Shine programs received a complete meal to celebrate the special holiday!
On November 23rd, with the support of an army of volunteers, we hosted our 21st “33 Thanksgiving Giveaway”, which included a turkey and all the delicious sides to complete a feast.
A very warm and special thank you to the CC Awesome Foundation, Publix, Team Bucci, Tim Nolan, Andrew Schultz, Labee Family, FedEx, Booker T. Washington High School, Miami Masquerade Ball, LVMH, Neiman Marcus, Vitas Healthcare, Miami Heat, and UnitedHealth Care for helping make the holidays bright for so many families in our communities.
