18 Mar Congratulations Miami Foundation
The Overtown Youth Center was invited, along with other local businesses, organizations and community leaders, to witness as Wells Fargo made an extraordinary announcement. Wells Fargo, which is known for being a banking leader in our Nation, awarded $20 million to the Miami Foundation to help diverse small-business owners improve their technology and own more of their businesses’ assets.
The Miami Foundation, one of the leading philanthropic arms in our community, has a been continuous supporters of the Overtown Youth Center, Honey Shine and the Mourning Family Foundation. City of Miami Mayor, Xavier Suarez, was present to celebrate this historic occasion. We are grateful to have seen this charitable moment firsthand, as we know it will have a tremendous impact and be extremely beneficial to our community.
