Our last Super Saturday of the school year was like no other; as it was taken over by the volunteers, professionals and staff from Duke University. This super fun day was filled with fantastic indoor and outdoor activities. Our superstar youth scholars had the extraordinary opportunity to learn about marine biology, get fit with Zumba, learn yoga poses and find their inner Zen, as well as show off their creative side through arts and crafts.

This terrific day also had a visit from OYC board member Eric Vainder, who had outdoor fun with our youths as he hooped it up with our kids on the basketball court.

We are very grateful for Duke University’s May Super Saturday takeover, as this awesome opportunity exposed our youth to learning, fitness and fun!
