OYC is continuously elevating our staff by providing them with additional support that will professionally guide them and enhance their skillset. This past month, OYC staff had a Core Values Session facilitated by LGL Consulting & Advisory. This professional workshop focused on aligning our guiding principles and making sure we are on track to future success. We are truly committed to ensuring that our team has the essential tools and practices in place, so that we may continue to offer exceptional experiences for both our internal and external stakeholders.

To stay on track we have adopted CHAAI, which are now OYC Miami’s Core Values. The acronym CHAAI stands for:

As we continue to expand professionally, and throughout the community, CHAAI will serve as our guiding core values, serving as a roadmap to our professional acumen and growth.
