Equally important to Honey Shine’s mission to empower girls while encouraging the balance of mind, body, and soul in girls and women, the program also knows the importance of feeding the spirit of the women in our community.

Honey Shine partnered with OYC Miami Board Chairwoman Michelle Febres along with Illiett Ojeda, who hosted a Vision Board Empowerment Workshop.

Hosted at the Center for Black Innovation, staff from OYC and Honey Shine learned about the power of visualizing your success and manifesting your goals. During the workshop participants found items that represented their future and created a visualization board with them.

Providing girls and women tools to thrive is just as important as giving them the skills to believe that they can. We are so grateful to Michelle Febres and Illiett Ojeda for sharing this enlightening and uplifting experience with us. 🐞✨💛
